No, there's no planned date.

I'd hoped to be able to get some additional new features in before the
next release, but given the other things that we've got on our schedule,
I think we should go with what we've got.

I'd like to get Stefan's additional build-system changes fully checked
in, so that we can get the benefits of the better Windows installer and
the better interactions with other Python packages on UNIX.  Once that
work is complete, we'll make a branch, and start preparing for the
release.
