missing resource class documentation, pdfjadetex dependency

Manual section "3.5. Test and Resource Classes" describes test classes 
but not resource classes.  I'd like to see a 3.5.2 section for resource 
classes.  I saw this issue while using the 2.0.3 release and the 
documentation on the web site.

I haven't been able to check the latest sources because I don't have 
pdfjadetex installed and haven't been able to successfully install it. 
Make doesn't seem to build the html dos without it. BTW, I can't find 
any documentation on the dependency on this tool when calling configure 
with the --enable-maintainer-mode option.
