Well, users can always do specific checks, i.e. 'make check-serial'
if they want to.

I'm writing a 'check' command for the setup.py tool now, and I'll add
options such that tests can be chosen individually in a similar way.

But ultimately it would be good to have a little paragraph somewhere
for people not familiar with rsh explaining how to prepare such
that they aren't always prompted for their password.
