Coldfire compiler issue on 64-bit vista

Morning all,

I ran into an issue this morning when trying to compile C to a 68k elf file.
This was previously working on Windows XP (32-bit), but over the weekend I
upgraded OSes and my build no longer works. I am attempting to run it with
m68k-elf-gcc.exe set to run as administrator

I run the following command...

*m68k-elf-gcc.exe -m5307 -nostdlib --omit-frame-pointer -Ttext 0x10000000 -o
gec9001.elf  ".\foo.c"*

and I receive the following error message...

*m68k-elf-gcc.exe: CreateProcess: No such file or directory*

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
