        * doc/quickstart/quickstart.xml: Update --enable-parallel option
          to reflect current possible selections.  Included information
          about OpenMPI.  Fixed several URLs to properly close <ulink>
          tags and/or use <para> within <listitem> blocks.  Updated link
          to Mercury's website.  Eliminated redundant content in <ulink>
          tags to force it to use the URL for the text of the link (for
          PDFs, this removes the redundant footnotes).
