[patch] Fix ALF kernels for 64-bit addresses

This fixes ALF kernels to avoid DMA lists when 64-bit addresses are 
possible.  Otherwise it is possible that the upper 32-bits of address 
may differ.

It also relaxes the is_positive check for solver-cholesky.
