[patch] Split matrix-product tests into multiple, smaller modules

As attached.  The test coverage is the same.  Now that it is split the
need for VSIP_IMPL_TEST_LEVEL no longer exists, so it has been removed
(meaning all tests are always run).

Ok to commit?
