[patch] Matrix product 'backend' for CML

This patch adds support for matrix products using the Cell/B.E. Math
Library (CML).

Note there is a new example demonstrating the prod() function for both
scalar and complex values.  This was tested with both
interleaved-complex and split-complex layouts.
