[patch] Fix sfilt

This patch fixes a bug in the Separable_filter generic implementation. 
It was relying on being able to modify values in a view being accessed 
with an Ext_data object while the Ext_data object was in scope.  Fix is 
to use Persistent_ext_data instead.

The patch also adds some missing includes for the diag headers.

Patch applied.
