[patch] Fix DTL size bug in fastconv

Calls to Task_manager::reserve have a bad habit of passing "true" for 
the argument indicating the number of DTL entries to allocate.  Fastconv 
needed 6, but was only allocating 1.  This fixed the fastconv.cpp failure.

Patch applied.
