As a minor (esthetic) point: I'd suggest to make use of directories, 
e.g. tests/coverage/binary_mul.cpp etc.
QMTest will just DoTheRightThing, and you are even able to get the same 
granularity as before by running 'qmtest coverage', as directories map 
to sub-testsuites, so this will expand automatically.
