VSIPL++ and OpenMPI

Hi,

I know you support LAM/MPI and MPICH/MPICH2, but do you support  
OpenMPI?  I've seen OpenMPI referenced in some of the patches sent to  
this mailing list, but your Quickstart documentation doesn't have any  
reference to it.  Thanks.
