FYI,

Oops, this was meant to be a temporary hack to avoid reconfiguring:

>  CC_SPU := @CC_SPU@
> +CXX_SPU := spu-g++ ## @CXX_SPU@
>  EMBED_SPU := @EMBED_SPU@ -m32
>  CPP_SPU_FLAGS := @CPP_SPU_FLAGS@

The checked in patch will handle this more reasonably (configure will 
set CXX_SPU).
