[vsipl++] [patch] Built-in function profiling

This patch adds some files missing from the previous patch that are 
needed for building examples/fft.  I also cleaned up that example and 
added a 'clean' target to the examples makefile.

In the process, I found a defect in the FFTW clean target that is now 
corrected.
