Hello,

You are correct - an FFT library is required. Version 0.95 relied on
an external implementation such as FFTW
(http://www.fftw.org/index.html). Version 1.0 includes a built-in
version to aid users who do not have an FFT library installed on their
system.

If you are able to wait until next week, version 1.0 will be available
for download. Please let us know if this information helped solve your
problem and thank you for trying Sourcery VSIPL++!
