[patch] MPI benchmarks

Renames mpi_alltoall to alltoall_mpi (to follow ipp and sal benchmark 
conventions).

New copy_mpi benchmark, measures point-to-point transfer rate.  Used to 
help diagnose cost of using derived datatypes.

Patch applied.
