[qmtest] supporting unsupported tests

What I do is create separate suites for different platforms, and then 
run the suite that matches the platform.

I have a shell script execute qmtest, and it goes in and looks at the 
target before qmtest gets run, and then it runs the suite that matches 
the platform.
