PATCH: Let DejaGNUTest use the host extension for cross-testing

Some months ago Mark Mitchell extended QMTest by adding
a new 'host' abstraction for remote command execution.

This patch makes the DejaGNUTest aware of it by running
the compiled executable on the target platform. The default
as set by the CompilerTable resource is 'LocalHost', but
that can be set to a different host type using the context
file.
