PATCH: Add example of SetUp and CleanUp methods

Daniel pointed out that the QMTest manual claimed it gave an example for 
resources:

   Below is an example of setup and cleanup functions...

but that there was in fact no example.

This patch adds an example, taken from code in QMTest itself.
