The test database I used missed the 'GetResourceIds' method, and thus
no resources were available to choose from when run in graphic mode.
As I usually only run qmtest per command line, I never noticed the lacking
method. Adding it, all resources are displayed fine, both, on the main page
as well as in the 'resources' field for the appropriate tests in the edit page.
