Are you sure those aren't email worms?  I've been getting an awful lot
of those, some via this list.  They look superficially like spam but
have very little body text, just a sentence or so and an attached
zipfile (which contains the worm executable).

I'm not sure what spam filters are in use on this list, but some kinds
of spam filters are very bad at catching worms.
