[qmtest] passing data from one test to another

If you are developing custom test classes (or hacking the provided 
classes :), you can use a global namespace to store persistent data. 
 Let me know if you want further info.

Otherwise, and unless the QMTest developers have other ideas, I think 
you're stuck with using temp files.  Crude but effective.
