[qmtest] Patch 2.0.3 or use latest CVS?

Thanks, Mark.  The OS is Red Hat 9 with Python 2.3.3.

I'll try to be more precise in providing bug information next time in 
hopes that you can reproduce.  Are there any specific bits of debug info 
you'd like?
