TimeField removal?

Currently QMTest has a field class "TimeField".  It is entirely unused
and untested in all test classes distributed with QMTest, uses a
strange time format with much grungy support code, and I can't really
think of any plausible use cases.

Does anyone actually use this code?  Does anyone object to its being
removed?  (Does anyone know if it even works?)
