problem with qmtest tutorial

hello,
I try to use QMTest on window and it seems to have some bugs with the 
example:
- when I try to examin the test clicking on the exec1 label, a new page 
appear with this dialog:

Exception type: exceptions.UnboundLocalError

Exception value: local variable 'item' referenced before assignment

- I also want to try to modify a test and in the edit menu, I haven't found 
: "Edit Test".

Do you know why these bugs occured and how I can fix them?
