some little cleanup

hi there,

attached is a patch that removes some obsolete references
to the 'property' xml element that once was used in xml
output. Some recent change to the xml format seems to
have got rid of 'property'...

On an unrelated note: we still see a 'qmtest run' execution
being blocked on windows when running in 'optimized' mode,
i.e. subprocesses aren't being killed as they should.
Is that a known issue ?
