GUI nit

There doesn't seem to be a way to delete a test directory in the GUI, 
although one can be implicitly created by creating a test within a 
subdirectory. Deleting the last test in a directory doesn't delete the 
directory, and I can't find a menu item for deleting (or creating) a 
test directory.
