[qmtest] working with the xml result stream

How do I put a test into tests/results_files ? I can guess that in the
end that directory should contain an 'xml_results_v3.qmr' file, but
how should I generate that, and what else should I do to actually test
anything ?

There seems to be an earlier change in the xml output, (compare
xml_results.qmr and xml_results_v2.qmr), but the README only documents
the initial xml file format. I'll leave a spot in the README so someone
can fill in the docs...
