[repost] "reload extensions" command

Hello,
some time ago I've posted the attached message, which contained a patch to add 
"reload extensions" functionality to the GUI. I don't think there was any 
response to it, so I assume the message got lost.

Is there any chance that patch will be accepted into mainline? I've just had 
to restart QMTest GUI after changing extension module and that's not nice ;-)
