I am not sure what the problem is.  Here's my attempt from a
non-CodeSourcery account:

     $ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at cvs.codesourcery.com:/home/qm/Repository login
     Logging in to :pserver:anoncvs at cvs.codesourcery.com:2401/home/qm/Repository
     CVS password: anoncvs
     $ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at cvs.codesourcery.com:/home/qm/Repository co qm
     cvs server: Updating qm
     U qm/.cvsignore
     U qm/COPYING
     U qm/ChangeLog
     [...]
