Automatic online documentation generation

I've set things up so that check-ins to QMTest will automatically
update the online internals documentation found here:

  http://www.codesourcery.com/qm/qmtest_internals_docs/index.html

The exact URL will probably change at some point, but the link on this
page:

  http://www.codesourcery.com/qm/qmtest_development

should continue to work.

Part of the plan is to have links from the reference manual (in
particular, the parts that talk about how to write your own test
classes and such) to the online internals documentation.
