[qmtest] what is a test database ?

ok, the last followup on this thread:

Following some discussion with Nathaniel, I
cleaned up the code a bit so

* tests are passed simple strings instead of
   attachments for things such as compiler options

* the test uses qm.executables to actually
   run the compiler / resulting executable

Feel free to do whatever you want with it.
I hope it will be useful, at least as a demo.
