Thank you for the good bug report. I was able to reproduce the problem
on a uniprocessor Linux box. The attached patch resolves the problem.
The difficulty was that sometimes the list of available targets
(processors) would sometimes become empty.
To access the change, check out the latest CVS sources, either from the
head or from the 2.0 release branch (cvs update -rrelease-2-0-branch).
