[qmtest] missing resource class documentation, pdfjadetex dependency

Jade isn't there either - the package isn't installed.  I'm sure that 
the make complains about not finding pdfjadetex first.

Anyway, it seems to be more of a documentation issue that a technical 
problem (except that trying to install jadetex gave me fits).
