[qmtest] derivation issues?

I think it is (copying to MyShellScriptTest and changing it to
innerarguments seems to have helped, but I've changed other things
too, as I get my footing.)  Part of my problem is that the
ShellScriptTest is already the deepest bit of derivation in the tree
(mmm SourceNavigator) and it isn't "exporting" anything useful
upstream... even ExecTestBase is a good parent class only because it
provides RunProgram explicitly, it would be hard to write
ShellScriptTest to have, instead, stuffed it's script into a file and
changed the args to a ShellCommandTest parent intsead, right?
