QMTest 1.1 has been released.

This release contains no new features, but contains a number of fixes
and minor enhancements, including:

- Elimination of a number of crashes.

- Support for platforms that do not have thread support.

- Improved output display for built-in test classes.

- Minor improvements to the manual.
