[PATCH] Fix Particle layouts

... so I guess like the following.  Adds missing initializers to 
SpatialLayout, too.

	* src/Particles/PatchSwapLayout.h: remove layout_m member.
	src/Particles/PatchSwapLayout.cpp: use 	     	 
static_cast<Layout_t&>(*this) instead of now removed layout_m member.
	src/Particles/UniformLayout.h: no need to initialize base.
	src/Particles/SpatialLayout.h: likewise, add initializers.
