The source code is currently available and will be for the foreseeable
future. CodeSourcery is available for POOMA development work, but I
suggest that you first investigate open-source VSIPL++
(www.hpec-si.org), which is being actively funded and developed by the
US Department of Defense. It will have support for parallel linear
algebra work.
