Cheetah license

Hi!

Does anybody have an idea what license the Cheetah distribution is under?
There is nothing mentioned at all, not even a copyright notice in any of
the files in the Cheetah distribution.  So I suppose we're not allowed to
do anything with it?

Any Cheetah-ers around?
