Cooperation between FieldStencil and Range?

Hi there,

it seems like FieldStencil does not work together with Range<N> domains?
Is there a deep reason to that? I tried to look into the matter, but
the problem definitely seems to be more than just a few specializations
missing. The whole Engine<Dim, T, ApplyFieldStencil<Functor, Expression> >
has Interval<Dim> hardcoded.

I need to do red-black updates on a field using a FieldStencil and I really have
no idea how I should do that now.
