Preliminary reference documentation available

Hi!

I put my work-in-progress doxygenifizing the documentation inside
the pooma source online at

http://www.tat.physik.uni-tuebingen.de/~rguenth/pooma-reference-documentation/

At the moment, mainly the summaries / class descriptions are available,
method documentation will follow as I need them.
