I just re-read the LICENSE file and am confused about
[...] The U.S. Government has rights to use,
reproduce, and distribute this SOFTWARE. The public may copy, distribute,
prepare derivative works and publicly display this SOFTWARE without
charge, provided that this Notice and any statement of authorship are
reproduced on all copies. [...]
while the U.S. Government is given the rights to use pooma, the public is
not, but may only copy, distribute & prepare derivative works, etc.!? But
in the next sentence liability for the use is denied (but this may just
apply to the U.S. Government).
Oh well, license stuff. If only we could switch to BSD w/o advertising
clause...
