Sadly, this isn't true.  We need to get the legal stuff worked out
before we can incorporate any changes.

FYI, we're also working with LANL to try to get the license changed
to the revised BSD license so that POOMA becomes GPL-compatible.  That,
however, hasn't happenned yet.
