RFA: Reorder Member Initializers Patch

Per Scott Haney's suggestion, I filed my latest Pooma source code
patch request using Pooma's QMTrack.  To access it,
 
1) point your browser to http://pooma.codesourcery.com:4242/track/
 
2) log in using your last name as your username and your password
 
3) Enter `reorder_patch' as the Issue ID.
 
4) Approve my patch.
