For Pooma, this week:
Created and submitted Pooma patches to expand permissible set of
  explicit template instantiations.  This also fixed Dave Nystrom's
  makeOwnCopy() parallel build problem.  This fixed a variant of Dave
  Nystrom's explicit template instantiation code.
Work on fixing Pooma array test execution problems.
Discuss interpolation and restriction operator implementation with
  Stephen Smith.

Next week:
Work with Stephen Smith on interpolation and restriction operators,
  mainly by using his code to implement operators for kernels.
With someone's help, completely fix Dave Nystrom's explicit
  instantiation problem.
