For mm-1.1.3, use http://www.engelschall.com/sw/mm/.  For gcc3.0, use
ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/sites/sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/gcc/releases/gcc-3.0/gcc-3.0.tar.gz
or
ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/sites/sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/gcc/releases/gcc-3.0/gcc-3.0.tar.bz2.
