Building and Running Pooma 2 Tests

Could someone give me some explanation about how to build and run the various
types of test problems for Pooma 2 in a Unix environment.  My impression is
that there are several types of test problems available within the Pooma 2
distribution i.e. Tutorials, Unit tests, Examples and Benchmarks.  I'm
interested in all of these but am most interested in the Unit tests for
Arrays and Fields.
