Chi machine at LANL

Does anyone know who to contact for support issues
regarding the new Chi machine at LANL?  I was able
to log on, but the Compaq cxx compiler is nowhere
to be found.  There is no info on the LANL web site.
I wrote to Andy Martinez, who issued our accounts,
but got no response.
