[pooma-dev] POOMA1 regression test for O2K64 TEMPLATEINST OPTIMIZE (fwd)

I wonder if this is something that Lee Ankeny would know about - it looks
like we are talking about the Pooma r1 version.

Could you comment on this Lee?
