[pooma-dev] Status Reports

I finished my work on DynamicArray::destroy, adding the ability to use of
iterators into a container as the kill list (with some limitations - see the
log message for DynamicArray.h). Also spent time discussing Field and the
Lee paper with Scott, discussing DomainTraits with Julian, and discussing
template function specialization quirks with Mark.
